My growth & learning journey at Kytz! - Chris Sahana, Customer Success Manager

“From Developer to now Customer Success Manager – I have gained vast exposure from working across various sides of the business in my time here.
Truly, choosing to work here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career. I still recall my very first day here – back in 2019. The team were and are such an amazing bunch and great to work with.
I’ve enjoyed growth alongside the company’s and have learned much about the start-up eco system in my time here.
What’s great about being a part of the team is you are not confined to just the boundaries of your role. You are not put in a box. When I recently discovered a strong passion for marketing, I was given the opportunity to pursue my current role as Customer Success Manager. This was a significant milestone in my career - moving into a field where I feel I can make a broad impact. This move meant the world to me - a thank you to Asif and Balaji for this opportunity, and to Karthik for mentoring me in this journey.
In my day to day, I currently handle identifying target segments for driving demand generation as well as client account management.
What I cherish most about my role is seeing and hearing first-hand the impact we make for our clients. Recently, I was over the moon on hearing how I had been able to make a difference for a client I had been working closely with from the Middle East. While I always strive to give my best without expecting feedback, it still feels incredible to know how much of a difference we are making. It’s fantastic knowing I played a role in getting them to sign up for more projects with us! And overall as a team, we place our clients at the heart of everything we do. Each of us across every touch point are passionate about adding value to our clients’ journey to create a smooth experience.
Alongside learning from work, I am also currently pursuing an IIM MBA (soon to graduate!). The flexibility and support from leadership to help me pursue my development goals has been amazing. I enjoy connecting with top professors and industry experts and bringing back more value to the team.
Looking ahead at my journey with Kytz, I am excited to see how much of a difference our team will continue to make for brands around the world and the planet through sustainable web design.
